Abstract:
This article explores a case of using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to intervene in rumination thinking in a senior female student of university. After five consultations, the consultee’s rumination thinking, experiential avoidance, and cognitive integration levels were all improved. This case demonstrates that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has a positive effect on rumination thinking.
本文探讨一例运用接纳承诺疗法干预大四女生反刍思维的案例。经过五次咨询,来访者在反刍思维、经验性回避和认知融合水平方面均得到改善。本案例表明接纳承诺疗法运用于反刍思维具有积极的效果。
