Abstract:
This paper is a case of psychological consultation and intervention on
a student with bipolar disorder by using intention to talk technology. The school
intervenes in time to the students' psychological crisis and sends them to the
hospital in time. After the students' state is stable, they should have psychological
consultation. Using the technique of image dialogue, the counselor carried out eight
times of psychological consultation to repair the inner pain of the client, improve the
interpersonal relationship, improve self, and achieve the expected consultation goal.
本文是一例采用意向对话技术对一名患有双相情感障碍学生进行心理
咨询和干预的案例。学校对学生出现的心理危机事件及时干预、及时送医。学
生状态稳定后,进行心理咨询。咨询师采用意象对话的技术,进行了八次心理
咨询,修复来访者内心伤痛,改善人际关系,提升自我,实现了预期的咨询目标。
