• Abstract: This study takes Xiaoyan, a sophomore student, as an example to deeply analyze the counseling and intervention process after she developed psychological problems due to love-related difficulties. During her relationship, Xiaoyan discovered that her boyfriend was still in contact with his ex-girlfriend and she was also demeaned about her appearance. This led to her being in a low mood, having a reduced self-identity, and seriously affecting her studies and life. The Brief and Quick Reconstruction Method was applied in the counseling process. In a single 50-minute counseling session, steps such as problem presentation, information delivery, coping exploration, and summary and improvement were carried out in sequence. These steps helped Xiaoyan clarify her problems, explore internal and external resources, and plan solutions. After the counseling, Xiaoyan’s emotional state improved significantly, and she gradually emerged from the psychological shadow. This case provides practical reference for solving the love-related psychological problems of college students, highlighting the importance of integrating multiple theories, paying attention to the individual’s ecological environment, and promoting the self-development of clients. 本文以大二学生小燕为例，深入剖析其因恋爱困境产生心理问题后的咨询干预过程。小燕在恋爱中发现男友仍与前女友保持联系，并遭受外貌贬低，导致情绪低落、自我认同降低，严重影响学业与生活。咨询师基于简快重建法，在单次咨询中依次开展问题呈现、信息传递、应对探讨和总结提升等环节，助力小燕明晰问题、挖掘内外部资源、规划解决路径。最终，小燕的情绪状态得到明显改善，并逐步走出心理阴霾。此案例为解决大学生恋爱心理问题提供实践参考，突出了整合多种理论、关注个体生态环境以及推动来访者自我发展的重要意义。
