“三全育人”视域下民办高校学生心理健康素养现状及提升策略

  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deepening of the “Three Pronged Education” concept, enhancing the mental health literacy of students in private universities is of great significance for promoting their healthy growth and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. This article focuses on private universities and analyzes the current situation of students’ mental health literacy. Through a questionnaire survey, a sample survey was conducted on 985 students from private universities to deeply analyze the problems currently faced by students in mastering mental health knowledge and self-psychological adjustment, and to explore the reasons for these problems, covering multiple dimensions such as family environment, school teaching, and social atmosphere. Based on the perspective of “Three Pronged Education”, practical and feasible improvement strategies such as optimizing the mental health education curriculum system, building a professional teaching staff, and creating a good campus psychological and cultural atmosphere are proposed from three aspects: full staff collaboration, full attention, and all-round penetration, to help promote the high-quality development of mental health education in private universities. 在“三全育人”理念深入推进的背景下,提升民办高校学生心理健康素养,对促进学生健康成长、落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。本文聚焦民办高校,分析学生心理健康素养现状。通过问卷调查的方法对985名民办高校学生进行抽样调查,深入剖析当前民办高校学生在心理健康知识掌握、自我心理调适等方面存在的问题,并探讨造成这些问题的原因,涵盖家庭环境、学校教学、社会氛围等多个维度。基于“三全育人”视域,从全员协同、全程关注、全方位渗透三方面,提出优化心理健康教育课程体系、打造专业师资队伍、营造良好校园心理文化氛围等切实可行的提升策略,助力民办高校心理健康教育工作的高质量发展。
