• Abstract: OH cards are the emerging psychological counseling and therapy tool that combines art with psychology. Their theoretical basis mainly includes the Iceberg Theory, the ABC theory of emotions, and the transference theory, etc. OH cards originated in the modern Western world and were widely used abroad. Recently, they have begun to be introduced to China, but their popularity is relatively low and there is a lack of sufficient practical theoretical guidance. Therefore, it is meaningful to briefly describe the development and evolution history of OH cards abroad in the sense of psychology and explore their role in psychological counseling. This article will combine its development history to explore the application and innovative prospects of OH cards in psychological counseling and psychological assessment. OH卡牌是一种新兴的心理咨询、治疗工具，将艺术与心理学相结合，其理论基础主要包含冰山理论、情绪ABC理论及移情理论等。OH卡牌起源于近代西方世界，在国外被广泛使用，近年来开始传入我国，但普及度较低，且缺乏充足的实践理论指导。因此，简述OH卡牌在心理学意义上的国外发展演变史，并探讨其在心理咨询领域的作用是有意义的。本文将结合其发展史探讨OH卡牌在心理咨询、心理测评上的应用及创新前景。
