一例自杀危机个案的认知行为干预报告

• 摘要： 运用认知行为治疗（CBT）技术对自杀危机个案开展工作。危机事件 响应后，咨询师在倾听、共情、理解、接纳的基础上，稳定当事人的情绪，缓 解自杀事件带来的外部评价压力，帮助当事人恢复理智状态。综合自杀危机的 诱发事件、咨询师对个案的概念化、当事人的改变动机等制定和实施认知行为 矫治方案，引导当事人理解消极情绪源于不合理认知，调整歪曲的认知从而恢 复情绪和行为的良好功能，有效化解危机，促进当事人的心理成长。
• Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) was used to study suicide crisis cases. After responding to the crisis, the counselor, on the basis of listening, empathy, understanding and acceptance, stabilizes the emotions of the parties, alleviates the external evaluation pressure brought by the suicide, and helps the parties to return to their rational state. Comprehensive suicide crisis induced events, consultant of case conceptualization, the motive of the change of the parties such as plan formulation and implementation of cognitive behavior correction, guide the parties to understand the negative emotions from unreasonable cognition, adjust distorted cognition to restore good function of mood and behavior, dissolve the crisis effectively, promote the psychological development of the parties.
