• Abstract: Currently, mental health problems among Chinese residents are becoming increasingly severe. Beyond familial and individual factors, the impacts of social, educational, and era-specific characteristics have become increasingly prominent, posing new challenges to mental health services. This paper proposes Systemic Ecological Therapy, whose core concept involves a systematic analysis of multi-dimensional factors affecting mental health, such as “individuals, events, relationships, and environments” to reveal their dynamic interconnections, formulate personalized intervention plans, and extend professional interventions to individuals’ ecological environments and significant others. The theoretical origins can be traced to psychological systems theory, the anti-psychiatry movement, and social psychiatry. Additionally, this paper briefly elaborates on the historical practical prototypes associated with Erikson, Meyer, Ferenczi, and Rank, and preliminarily puts forward the implementation framework. Finally, it discusses key challenges from five aspects: ethical considerations, teamwork and alliances with significant others, requirements for counselors’ competence, time and fee settings, and the selection of target clients, while proposing plans for future work. 当前，我国居民心理健康问题日趋严峻，其成因除家庭及个体因素外，社会、教育和时代特征的影响日益凸显，对心理健康服务提出新的挑战。本文提出“系统式生态疗法”，其核心理念是，对影响心理健康的“人—事件—关系—环境”等多维要素进行系统化剖析，揭示其中的动态关系，制订个性化干预方案，并将专业干预延伸至来访者的生态环境与重要客体。其理论溯源至心理学系统观、反精神病学运动及社会精神病学，并简要阐述艾瑞克森、迈耶、费伦齐和兰克的历史实践雏形，初步提出该疗法的实施框架。最后，从伦理思考、团队合作及重要客体联盟、咨询师胜任力要求、时间及收费设置及工作对象的选择五个方面阐述了主要挑战，并提出下一步工作计划。
