积极心理视域下理工类大学生心理健康素养提升的困境与对策

  • Abstract: Mental health literacy has become a crucial policy indicator for China to achieve the “Healthy China” goal. As a large and distinctive group, the improvement of mental health literacy among engineering college students is an urgent task. This group faces significant practical predicaments in mental health literacy due to the high difficulty of professional courses, heavy academic pressure, as well as the unique thinking patterns and social interaction modes shaped by their professional characteristics. From the perspective of positive psychology, enhancing their literacy requires constructing a systematic project: through strategies such as building a discipline-embedded mental health support system, enriching experiential art therapy psychological models, establishing a multi-dimensional assessment framework for positive psychology, and strengthening the literacy of teachers oriented by positive psychology, targeted solutions can be provided to address their predicaments and effectively improve the mental health literacy of engineering college students. 心理健康素养是“健康中国”目标的重要政策指标,理工类大学生作为庞大且独特的群体,提升其心理健康素养刻不容缓。该群体因专业课程难度大、学业压力重,加之专业特性造就的独特思维方式与社交模式,面临显著的心理健康素养现实困境。从积极心理视域看,需构建系统工程:通过打造学科嵌入式心理健康支持系统、丰富体验式艺术疗愈心理模式、搭建积极心理多元评估架构、强化积极心理学导向教师素养等策略,针对性破解其困境,有效提升理工类大学生的心理健康素养。
