An Analysis of My Fortieth Birthday’s Dream

• Abstract: In December 1995, when I was forty years old, I had a dream of “Abyss”, which was saved through dream painting. The entry point emotion of the “Abyss” dream is the tension accompanying the continuous root-seeking academic thinking 10 years before the birthday, while the triggering material of the “Abyss” dream is the fear of falling at birth activated by the biological clock on the birthday anniversary, which leads to the deformation of the memory of childbirth trauma. The “Abyss” dream unexpectedly returned to prenatal memory through self-hypnosis shortly after, and had a subsequent impact on the “Umbilical Cord” dream four days later. A discussion was held on Jung’s mention of the big dream, and it was believed that in the type of big dream, the prenatal memory type, which is the origin of the unconscious, should be distinguished first. 1995年12月本人四十周岁时做的“深渊”梦，因梦境画而得以保存。“深渊”梦的切入点情绪为生日前10年连续的寻根探源式学术思考而伴随的紧张感，而“深渊”梦的诱因素材则是在生日周年时间的生物钟作用下被激活的出生时的下坠恐惧，从而导致分娩创伤记忆以变形方式产生该梦。“深渊”梦对不久之后自我催眠意外地成功返回胎儿期记忆，以及紧接着4天后的“脐带”梦产生了后续影响。对荣格提及的大梦进行了讨论，认为在大梦类型中应首先区分出作为潜意识本源的胎儿期记忆类型。
