Abstract:
Bereavement is an inevitable process for individuals after experiencing loss. Grief counseling refers to the professional practice where psychological counselors help mourners evoke normal grief emotions and complete the “grief tasks” in a reasonable time. A first-grade junior high school student drowned accidentally while playing in the water, and the seven classmates who were with him subsequently suffered from varying degrees of emotional and behavioral disturbances. In response to the situation of these seven students, a grief counseling program was designed and implemented. By combining small-group grief counseling with individual grief counseling, a structured “four-stage and seven-step” grief counseling intervention model was constructed, and a “1-4-7” counseling goal system was developed (i.e., one overall goal, four stage goals, and seven process sub-goals. This paper presents and analyzes the background of the incident, counseling goals, counseling plan and implementation, counseling scenarios and effects. Combined with the problems encountered in the counseling practice, forward-looking and operable optimization suggestions are put forward to further explore a more scientific and efficient path for campus grief counseling. It provides a reference blueprint for schools to handle similar incidents and holds certain significance for guiding the practice of adolescent grief counseling.
哀伤是丧失发生后个体必经的过程。哀伤辅导是心理辅导者协助哀伤者在合理时间内,引发正常的悲伤情绪,健全地完成悲伤任务的专业干预活动。某初中一年级学生因戏水不幸溺亡,此后与其同行的7名同学陷入不同程度的情绪和行为困扰中。针对这七名同学的情况,研究团队设计并实施哀伤辅导,采用小团体哀伤辅导和个体哀伤辅导相结合的方式,构建结构化“四阶七步”哀伤辅导干预模型,制定“一四七”辅导目标体系,即一个总目标、四个阶段目标、七个过程子目标。文章从事件背景、辅导目标、辅导方案和实施过程、辅导场景和分析等方面展开呈现与探讨,结合辅导实践中遇到的问题,提出具有前瞻性和可操作性的优化建议,进一步探索校园哀伤辅导更科学、高效的实施路径,为学校处理类似事件提供参考蓝本,对指导青少年哀伤辅导实践具有一定现实意义。
