Abstract:
Psychological issues among junior high school students have always been a focus for school mental health educators. Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), this paper analyzes a counseling case of a junior high school student with psychological problems. The case involves a 13-year-old female student who received psychological counseling services after actively asking her teacher in class “Can I kill my father?” and repeatedly expressing suicidal ideation. During the counseling process, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was mainly used for psychological intervention, aiming to reduce her negative core beliefs, adjust her emotional experience, improve her depressive state, and help her get rid of psychological difficulties.
初中生心理问题一直是学校心理健康教育工作者关注的重点。本文基于认知行为疗法,分析存在心理问题的初中生咨询案例,涉及一位13岁女生:该生因在课堂上主动询问教师“能否杀掉父亲”,且多次产生自杀意念,学校为其开展心理咨询服务。在咨询过程中,主要采用认知行为疗法对其进行心理辅导干预,帮助减少负性核心信念,调整情绪体验,改善抑郁状态,以期助其走出心理困境。
