一例运用移空技术处理高中生强迫状态的案例报告

A Case Report on the Application of Yikong Skill in Dealing with the Obsessive-Compulsive State of High School Students

  • Abstract: This paper is a case report on addressing a high school student’s obsessive-compulsive state using the Yikong Skill. The client, a male sophomore, reported frequent occurrences of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors—sometimes dozens of times a day—which caused severe distress and even affected his sleep and concentration. He was diagnosed with mild (moderate) anxiety comorbid with obsessive-compulsive state and had a history of medication use, but the therapeutic effects were unsatisfactory. The counselor conducted one initial interview and three Yikong Skill counseling sessions with the client. All three Yikong Skill sessions targeted psychosomatic symptoms triggered by obsessive thoughts, namely a feeling of blockage in the left chest area, a sense of pressure in the chest, and negative feelings of restlessness and anxiety in sequence. The corresponding symbolic objects were an oval air mass, a stone covered with notes, and a swamp, while the corresponding carriers were a mineral water bottle, a safe, and a reservoir. The client achieved a state of psychological emptiness in each Yikong Skill session. The counseling effect became progressively more significant with the increase in the number of Yikong Skill sessions: for the first session, the impact score decreased from 7 to 1 (pre-test to post-test), with a follow-up score of 4 two weeks later; for the second session, the impact score decreased from 6 to 1 (pre-test to post-test), with a follow-up score of 2 one week later; for the third session, the impact score decreased from 6 to 0 (pre-test to post-test), with a follow-up score of 1 one week later. It is also evident from the changes in the client’s carriers that his internal resources were stimulated and gradually strengthened over time. At the end of the counseling, the client provided feedback stating, “I feel very happy, and there are some good things waiting for me!” 本文是一例运用移空技术处理高中生强迫状态的案例报告。来访者为高二男生,主述强迫思维和强迫行为频繁发生,有时一天可达几十次,痛苦不堪,甚至影响睡眠和注意力。其被诊断为轻(中)度焦虑伴强迫状态,有药物服用史,但疗效均不理想。咨询师对来访者开展1次初始访谈和3次移空咨询,3次移空处理的均为强迫思维引发的心身症状,依次为左半边胸口区域的堵塞感、心口的压迫感、不安焦虑的负性感受,对应的象征物分别为椭圆形气团、贴满纸条的石头、一片沼泽,对应的承载物分别为矿泉水瓶、保险箱、水库。每次移空咨询中,来访者均达到心理空境,咨询效果随咨询次数增加逐步显著:第一次移空影响度前后测分值为7分和1分,两周后随访分值为4分;第二次影响度前后测分值为6分和1分,一周后随访分值为2分;第三次影响度前后测分值为6分和0分,一周后随访分值为1分。从来访者承载物的变化中可明显看出,其内在资源得到激发,且一次比一次增强。咨询结束时,来访者反馈“觉得很愉快,有一些好事在等着自己!”
