Abstract:
Against the backdrop of rapid social development, conflicts between parents and children have increasingly become a common family phenomenon. Daily scenarios such as mobile phone usage and academic arrangements often serve as triggers for parent-child conflicts. In the continuous promotion of the “Heart Nurturing Campaign” aimed at caring for the mental health of young people by the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, it is explicitly stated that schools should carry out family education work and guide parents to properly handle conflicts with their children. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and PAC personality state theory, combined with nonviolent communication methods, this paper analyzes the root causes of parent-child conflicts and constructs an effective parent-child communication model.
在社会快速发展的背景下,亲子之间的矛盾冲突日益成为普遍的家庭现象。手机使用、学业安排等日常场景经常成为引发亲子冲突的导火索。江苏省教育厅持续推进的关爱青少年心理健康“润心行动”明确提出,学校要开展好家庭教育工作,指导家长正确处理与孩子之间的矛盾。本文基于马斯洛需求层次理论和PAC人格状态理论,结合非暴力沟通的方法,剖析亲子矛盾产生的根源,构建有效的亲子沟通模式。
