  • Abstract: This paper takes the case of student A, an introverted student at a certain university with depressive psychological issues, as the research subject, and describes the basic background of the case. Student A’s depression was triggered and gradually worsened due to multiple childhood traumas, including extreme punishment, long-term school bullying, negative suggestions related to metaphysics, and excessive expectations from their mother, leading to symptoms such as truancy, social isolation, and even suicidal and self-harming thoughts. The paper focuses on outlining the phased intervention carried out by the counselor based on the principles of “life first, collaborative coordination, and scientific support”: emergency intervention to establish a safety baseline, building a multi-dimensional support system involving “medical institutions - school - class - family”, and dynamic monitoring to consolidate the effectiveness of support. The paper summarizes the outcomes of the casework, including ensuring the student’s persona safety, alleviating depressive symptoms, restoring social and living abilities, transforming the student’s cognitive perspectives, and optimizing family support system. It also draws lessons for counselors to strengthen crisis warning awareness, maintain collaborative coordination, emphasize humanistic care, enhance professional competence, and attach importance to the role of families, providing practical reference for psychological crisis intervention among university students. 本文以某高校性格内向的A同学抑郁心理问题案例为研究对象,阐述了案例基本背景——A同学因童年极端惩罚、长期校园霸凌、玄学相关负面暗示及母亲过高期望等多重成长创伤,引发抑郁情绪并逐步加重,出现旷课、社交隔离甚至自杀自残想法等症状。文章重点梳理了辅导员秉持“生命至上、协同联动、科学帮扶”原则开展的分阶段处置工作:紧急介入筑牢安全防线、搭建“医疗—学校—班级—家庭”多元协同帮扶体系、动态监测巩固帮扶成效。总结了案例工作成效,包括保障学生生命安全、改善抑郁症状、恢复社交与生活能力、转变学生认知观念及优化家庭支持体系,并提炼出辅导员需强化危机预警、坚持协同联动、注重人文关怀、提升专业能力及重视家庭作用的工作启示,为高校学生心理健康危机干预工作提供实践参考。
