Abstract:
This study adopted Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Client-Centered Therapy to conduct psychological counseling for a senior female college student with interpersonal sensitivity and low self-identity. By collecting the client’s general information and personal growth history, combined with the results of the SCL-90 scale test, it was determined that she had a common psychological problem, whose triggers were related to conflicts in the family of origin, negative experiences during growth, and internship pressure. The counseling process was divided into three stages: diagnosis, assessment and relationship establishment, psychological assistance, and termination and consolidation, totaling 13 sessions. In the initial stage of counseling, techniques such as listening and empathy were used to establish a good counselor-client relationship; in the middle stage, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy was applied to correct the client’s irrational beliefs; in the later stage, Client-Centered Therapy was adopted to guide her to accept herself. The results showed that the client’s anxiety was alleviated, her interpersonal relationships were improved, she could express herself appropriately, and her self-confidence was rebuilt, achieving both short-term and long-term counseling goals. Finally, the study discussed the problems encountered during the counseling process regarding the client’s decision-making dependence, technical application, and goal control, so as to provide reference for similar psychological counseling practices.
本研究采用合理情绪疗法及求助者中心疗法,对一例存在人际关系敏感、低自我认同问题的大四女生开展心理咨询。通过收集来访者一般资料、个人成长史,结合SCL-90量表测验结果,判定其为一般心理问题,诱因与原生家庭矛盾、成长过程中的负面体验及实习压力相关。咨询过程分为诊断评估与关系建立、心理帮助、结束巩固三个阶段,共计13次咨询。咨询初期以倾听、共情等技术建立良好咨访关系,中期运用合理情绪疗法纠正来访者不合理信念,后期借助求助者中心疗法引导其接纳自我。结果显示,来访者焦虑情绪缓解,人际关系改善,能够适度表达自我,重建自信,达成咨询短期与长期目标。研究最后探讨了咨询过程中关于来访者决策依赖、技术应用及目标把控等方面的问题,为同类心理咨询实践提供参考。
