Abstract:
From the perspective of university counselors, this paper explores the manifestation characteristics and identification value of college students’ depressive emotions. Based on counselors’ practical work experience and case handling practice, it analyzes the dilemmas in identifying college students’ depressive emotions from two dimensions (subjective and objective) and three levels (counselors, students, and colleges/universities). On this basis, corresponding strategies to resolve these dilemmas are put forward, aiming to provide feasible approaches for counselors in preventing and identifying college students’ depressive emotions and enhance the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities.
本文从高校辅导员视角出发,探讨大学生抑郁情绪的表现特征及识别价值。结合辅导员实际工作体验及案例处理经验,从主观及客观两个维度、辅导员、学生及高校三个层面,分析大学生抑郁情绪识别工作面临的困境,并以此提出破解困境的应对策略,以期为辅导员预防与识别大学生抑郁情绪提供可行措施,提升高校心理健康教育育人成效。
