Abstract:
Due to the unique nature of school-based counseling, dual relationships between teachers and students or among colleagues are often unavoidable. The challenge for counselors lies in maintaining a neutral stance within such dual relationships, allowing clients to explore personal growth through counseling and take responsibility for their own well-being. This article, grounded in the theory of intersubjectivity, revisits a counseling session conducted within a dual relationship (between colleagues), offering a reference model for therapeutic work under similar circumstances.
学校心理咨询因其特殊性,不可避免会出现师生的双重关系或同事间的双重关系。如何在双重关系中保持咨询师的中立立场,让来访者通过心理咨询探索自我的成长,为自己的福祉负责是对咨询师的考验。本文主要以主体间性理论为背景,复盘一例同事间双重关系背景下的心理咨询,为双重关系下的咨询工作提供可参照的范式。
