A Case Report on the Intervention of Narrative Therapy for Academic Anxiety

  • Abstract: This article reports on a case study of a sophomore male student who experienced academic anxiety due to conflicts in his dormitory. The triggering event in this case was clear and the symptoms were typical. The counselor used narrative therapy to help the student externalize the problem and reframe their identity through reshaping dialogue. This method helped the student rebuild their self-identity, enhance self-worth, and actively cope with interpersonal conflicts as well as academic anxiety. As a result, the client was able to return to a normal life and study routine, achieving the desired counseling goals.本文报告了一例由于寝室矛盾而引发学业焦虑的大二男生的案例。本案例诱发事件明确,症状典型。咨询师运用叙事疗法帮助来访者外化问题,通过重塑对话帮助来访者重构身份认同,壮大自我价值,积极面对人际困扰和学业焦虑,恢复正常的生活和学习,完成了预期的咨询目标。

  • Abstract: As one of the important factors that lead to college students’ unnatural death, suicide exerts a great impact on family integrity and societal stability, and by so far has evoked the great attention in the society. By analyzing 71 cases of college student suicides, the paper finds that these factors, including family relationship, negative incidents, mental illness, the personal character and lack of positive resolutions to difficulties, will probably lead to college students’ behaviors of suicide, and then some countermeasures, based on these case studies, are proposed to prevent college students from suiciding.大学生自杀会影响到家庭的健全和社会的稳定,目前自杀也是引起我国大学生非正常死亡的重要因素之一,大学生自杀现象已经引起全社会的广泛关注。本文研究分析了某省2019—2021年期间发生的71例大学生自杀身亡的事件,发现家庭因素、负性生活事件、精神疾病、个性因素、缺乏积极的应对方式等因素会影响大学生的自杀行为,并在此基础上提出了相应的干预对策,以预防和减少大学生自杀现象的发生。

“三全育人”理念下学生心理危机干预案例的分析与思考

An Exploration of a Mental Crisis Intervention Case from the Perspective of Three-Whole Education

  • Abstract: As for mental health education, the significance of Three-Whole Education lies in the construction of a Four-level-and-Two-wing crisis intervention system, involving participants of the university, school, class, dormitory, as well as hospitals and the family. This paper deals mainly with a mental crisis of a university graduate, following the steps of case introduction, case analysis, counseling resolutions, counseling effect and reflections, and attempts to shed some light in practice on the effectiveness of this intervention system.中共中央、国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》中提出“三全育人”即全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的要求。在此基础上,构建“四级两翼”的危机干预体系,即学校—学院—班级—宿舍,联合医院和家庭,可以有效防止危机事件的发生。文章从案例简介、问题及分析、辅导思路和方法、辅导效果、经验与启示几个方面描述了一名高校应届毕业生因为学业压力导致的心理危机事件处理过程,探讨了如何发挥四级两翼的危机干预体系,各方联动,有效实现对学生危机事件的干预与处理。
