家园共育视角下幼儿园劳动教育开展现状研究——以张掖市三所幼儿园为例

Research on the Current Situation of Kindergarten Labor Education from the Perspective of Home Co-education —Three Kindergartens in Zhangye City as an Example

  • Abstract: Labor education is an important part of kindergarten education and an important way to promote children’s all-round development and cultivate good moral character. When implementing labor education for children, we should pay more attention to the process of labor and the germination and comprehensive development of labor feelings and attitudes. In this paper, teachers and parents in three kindergartens in Zhangye City were investigated, and it was found that kindergartens and families paid insufficient attention to labor education, teachers lacked teaching experience in labor education, the form of labor education was single, and there were formal and superficial phenomena in kindergarten labor education. In view of these problems, the author puts forward suggestions on improving kindergarten labor education from three aspects: kindergarten, kindergarten teachers and parents, so as to improve the quality of kindergarten labor education.劳动教育是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,是促进幼儿全面发展、养成良好品德的重要途径,对幼儿实施劳动教育应更关注劳动的过程,关注劳动情感态度的萌发和技能的掌握。本文选取张掖市三所幼儿园中的教师和家长进行调查,发现了幼儿园和家庭对劳动教育的重视程度不够、教师缺乏劳动教育的教学经验,劳动教育形式单一、幼儿园劳动教育存在形式化、表面化现象等问题。针对这些问题,笔者从幼儿园、幼儿园教师、家长三方面提出改善幼儿园劳动教育的建议,从而提高幼儿园劳动教育质量。

大班幼儿进餐行为实施现状的调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Current Situation of Eating Behavior of Large Class Children

  • Abstract: Dining behavior mainly includes eating hygiene, eating habits, eating etiquette and so on. In order to understand the dining behavior of large-class children as comprehensively as possible, this paper investigates the dining behavior of 119 large-class children in kindergartens by questionnaire, interview and observation. Through investigation, it is found that there are some problems in children’s dining behavior in large classes, such as a few children’s inattention, most children’s picky eaters and partial eclipse, and children’s dining behavior in the garden and at home is inconsistent. According to the above-mentioned problems, the author puts forward specific measures to improve the dining behavior of children in large classes, such as having a correct concept of family education, making children establish a correct understanding of food, and cooperating with their families to create good dining behavior.进餐行为主要包括进餐卫生、进餐习惯、进餐礼仪等方面。为了尽可能全面地了解大班幼儿进餐行为状况,本文采用了问卷法、访谈法和观察法对幼儿园119名大班幼儿进餐行为现状进行调查。通过调查发现,大班幼儿进餐行为存在一些问题,如少数幼儿进餐注意力不集中、多数幼儿存在挑食、偏食现象,幼儿在园、在家进餐行为不一致等。根据上述存在问题,笔者提出了改进大班幼儿进餐行为的具体措施,如具有正确的家庭教养观念、使幼儿树立对食物的正确认识、家园合作共创良好进餐行为。

  • Abstract: Labor education is one of the main contents of students’ comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and it is an important content of socialist education with Chinese characteristics. Labor education can help college students to deeply understand the meaning and value of participating in labor, cultivate the labor quality of practice and perseverance, and make the youth in the new era present to the new era with a new labor spirit, correct labor value orientation and excellent labor skills level. This study through the study of 500 college students labor education, reasonable use of documentation, investigation and data analysis method, understand the present situation of the implementation of college students 'labor education, and on this basis to explore the path of labor education in colleges and universities, to further promote college students set up the correct view of labor and labor attitude, improve college students’ labor quality, labor habits, cultivate comprehensive quality, cultivating civilized school spirit, promote student “moral, intellectual and physique, beauty, labor” all-round development has certain inspiration and guidance.劳动教育是学生德智体美劳全面发展的主要内容之一,是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容。劳动教育可以帮助大学生深刻理解参与劳动的意义和价值,培养身体力行、踏实奋进的劳动品质,使新时代青年以崭新的劳动精神面貌、正确的劳动价值取向和过硬的劳动技能水平向新时代献礼。本研究通过对我校500名大学生劳动教育的调查研究,合理运用文献法、调查法和数据分析法等方法,了解大学生劳动教育的实施现状,并在此基础上探寻高校劳动教育的实施路径,对进一步促进大学生树立正确的劳动观点和劳动态度,提高大学生劳动素养、养成劳动习惯,培养综合素质、培育文明校风,促进学生“德、智、体、美、劳”全面发展有一定的启发与指导。

Gradually improve the professional identity and pride of preschool education students in our school.学生的专业认同水平高低影响其专业学习的积极性和未来职业的选择,随着三胎时代的到来及家长对学前教育的重视,社会对学前教育资源的需求不断增加,推动着幼儿园教师专业发展的研究不断深入。本研究通过问卷、访谈法调查分析,了解本校学前教育专业学生专业认同的现状,分析影响我校学前教育学生专业认同感的因素,并提出有针对性的建议对策,以帮助学生坚定职业理想,制定适合自己发展的学习方案,提高学生专业知识和技能的学习热情和动机,逐渐提升我校学前教育专业学生的专业认同感和自豪感。
