  • 摘要: 作为艺术治疗的方法之一,绘画疗法通过非言语工具让个体参与绘画过程,将潜意识内被压抑的情感和冲突通过绘画作品展现出来,从而获得疏解与满足,达到诊断与治疗的良好效果。绘画治疗可应用到中学的心理健康课堂、个体心理辅导和团体心理辅导中。在中学开展绘画治疗与辅导,需配备必要的硬件设施、加强绘 画治疗的普及,尤其要重视人才的建设。
  • As one of the methods of art therapy, painting therapy allows individuals to participate in the painting process through non-verbal tools, and shows the suppressed emotions and conflicts in the subconscious through painting works, so as to get relief and satisfaction, and achieve a good effect of diagnosis and treatment. Painting therapy can be applied to middle school mental health classroom, individual psychological counseling and group psychological counseling. In order to carry out painting therapy and guidance in middle schools, necessary hardware facilities should be provided, popularization of painting therapy should be strengthened, and the construction of talents should be emphasized.
