  • 摘要: 随着经济和社会的发展,身处于教育改革和社会舆论浪潮之下的特殊教育教师被赋予了更高的专业期望。特殊教育教师情绪劳动的现状不容乐观。本文将围绕特殊教师这一群体,对相关情绪劳动文献的研究现状进行综合叙述,主要从概念提出的背景、相关研究的理论支撑、影响情绪劳动的因素、不当的情绪劳动产生的后果、现有文献内的一定破解对策展开。
  • With the development of economy and society, special education teachers who are under the wave of education reform and public opinion have been given higher professional expectations. The current situation of special education teachers’ emotional labor is not optimistic. This article will focus on the group of special teachers and comprehensively describe the research status of related emotional labor literature, mainly from the background of the concept proposal, the theoretical support of related research, the factors affecting emotional labor, the consequences of improper emotional labor, and the existing certain cracking countermeasures in the literature are developed.
