基于心流理论的线上线下混合课堂教学实践探索

  • 摘要: 线上线下混合式教学虽然得到积极的推广和应用,但是在实施阶段过程缺乏理论指导,面临如何建立有效的教学模式设计来激发学生积极沉浸融入线上线下课程等问题。本文以财务报表分析课程为例,依据“心流理论”设计了有效的线上线下混合教学模式。这种基于线上和线下融合的教学模式,一方面通过线上的自主学习提高了学生的自主性,另一方面通过线下的互动、讨论等实践教学环节提高了学生的课堂参与度。
  • Although online and offline mixed teaching model has been proactively promoted and applied, there is still a lack of theoretical guidance in the process of implementation, and there exist some problems, such as how to establish an effective teaching model design to stimulate students to actively get involved in and even immerse themselves in online and offline courses. Taking the course Financial Statement Analysis as an example, the paper designs an effective online and offline mixed teaching model based on the “flow theory”. In terms of such a teaching model based on the integration of online and offline teaching, online autonomous learning can improve students’ autonomy, and at the same time offline interaction, discussion, and other practical teaching links can enhance students’ participation in the classroom.
