Abstract:
Through investigation, analysis and research, this paper explores and selects the second
classroom of cultivating college students’ vocational core competence. It uses different forms of the second
classroom to cultivate college students’ vocational core competence, which including college students’
career planning ability, professional practice ability, vocational skills, employment concept and so on. And
it enhances the core competitiveness of college students and promotes high-quality employment.
本文通过调查、分析、研究,探索与选择大学生职业核心能力培养的第二课堂,借力不同形式的第二课堂,培养大学生职业核心能力,即大学生职业规划能力、专业实践能力、职业技能、就业观念等,从而提升大学生的核心竞争力,促进大学生高质量就业。
