  • 摘要: 改革开放40 年以来,我国高校心理健康教育经历了恢复重建、探索发展、全面普及、逐步完善四个阶段。本文统计了高校心理健康教育理论在不同时期的实际应用情况及不同时期具体理论的发展状态,归纳了我国高校心理健康教育理论的整体发展趋势,并对其进行了研究展望。
  • Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, mental health education in Chinese colleges and universities has experienced four stages: recovery and reconstruction, exploration and development, comprehensive popularization and gradual improvement. This paper statistics the practical application of mental health education theory in colleges and universities in different periods; Then, on this basis, the paper analyzes the rise and development of specific theories in different periods, it summarizes the overall development trend of mental health education in colleges and universities in China, and makes a research prospect. The summary, reflection and prospect of the development of mental health education in Chinese colleges and universities can provide scientific basis for the better development of mental health education in the future.
