  • 摘要: 本研究在师范认证背景下分析师范生师德养成路径,致力于促使师范生将师德规范内化为自己的行为准则,引导师范生树立“下得去,留得住,干得好”的服务基础教育的责任心和使命感,逐步养成良好的师德素养和职业认同感。
  • In the context of teacher certification, this study analyzes the cultivation path of teacher ethics for normal university students, urges them to internalize the teacher ethics norms as their own code of conduct, and guides them to establish a sense of responsibility and mission to serve basic education of “go down, stay and do well”, and gradually develop good teacher ethics and professional identity.
