  • 摘要: 辅导员核心素养是决定辅导员职业成就和个人发展的关键要素,也是影响高校立德树人成效的重要因素。本文借助CiteSpace软件进行文献计量与知识图谱分析发现,高校辅导员核心素养研究始于2016年,近年来受到了研究者的广泛关注,将是未来高校辅导员研究中的重要内容;高校间的合作与交流较少,没有形成研究合力;研究方向由辅导员核心素养的内涵、定义,转为研究其提升策略、培育路径等内容。由此可知,辅导员核心素养的研究存在内涵特征不清、培育路径不明、研究的广度和深度不足等问题,亟待解决。
  • The core quality of counselors is the key factor to determine the career achievement and personal development of counselors, and also an important factor affecting the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. Based on CiteSpace, this paper finds that the research on core literacy of college counselors began in 2016 and has attracted extensive attention from researchers in recent years, which will be an important part of the research on college counselors in the future. There is less cooperation and exchange among universities, and no research force is formed. The research direction has changed from the connotation and definition of counselors’ core literacy to the research on their improvement strategies and cultivation paths. It can be seen that the research on the core literacy of counselors has some problems, such as unclear connotation and characteristics, unclear cultivation path, insufficient breadth and depth of research, which need to be solved urgently.
