Abstract:
Based on the national strategies of “rural revitalization” and “educational equity”, the teaching program aiming at promoting and inheriting the local characteristics of culture is one of the feasible paths to break through the difficulties of rural education. This paper takes primary school students in grades three to six in the community of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, as the research object, and conducts field surveys, classroom observations and in-depth interviews on the local characteristics of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, and conducts a relatively systematic combing of the status quo of short-term teaching programs at that time, and finds that there are structural obstacles to the resource integration mechanism, misalignment of the teacher structure, and a lack of continuity guarantee, which is mainly attributable to the insufficient connection between curriculum and cultural inheritance. Then the path of “curriculum reconstruction - teacher quality enhancement - resource integration and innovation” was implemented to reshape the characteristic practice strategy of “cultural infiltration - practice drive - cooperative education”.
基于“乡村振兴”“教育公平”等国家策略,以弘扬和传承地方特色文化为目标的支教课程,是突破乡村教育困境的可行路径之一。本文以湖南省益阳市所在社区三至六年级的小学生为研究对象,对湖南省益阳市地方特色支教进行田野调查、课堂观察和深度访谈,对当时短期支教课程现状进行相对系统的梳理,发现资源整合机制存在结构性障碍、师资结构供需错位、持续性保障缺失等问题,主要归因于课程与文化传承的衔接力不足,进而实施“课程重构—教师素养提升—资源统整与创新”的路径,重塑“文化浸润—实践驱动—合作教育”特色实践策略。
