Abstract:
To address the impact of the “lying flat” phenomenon on the spirit of struggle among college students, this study sampled 202 students from Hexi University, employing questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and literature review to systematically investigate the characteristics, formation mechanisms, and influence pathways of the “lying flat” phenomenon on the spirit of struggle, while identifying deficiencies in cultivation efforts. The findings indicate that 60.4% of the sampled students exhibit varying degrees of “lying flat” tendencies, which result from the interplay of factors such as future uncertainty, employment pressure, and certain negative online trends. The students’ spirit of struggle manifests a three-dimensional fracture in “cognition-motivation-behavior”, with prominent issues including the formalization of ideological and political education, misalignment of family expectations, and insufficient individual resilience. Based on these findings, this study constructs a four-dimensional cultivation system involving “school-family-individual- society” and proposes actionable strategies such as curriculum innovation, home-school collaboration, and psychological empowerment. This provides empirical evidence for universities to resolve the “lying flat” dilemma and holds significant theoretical and practical value for enhancing the spiritual qualities of the youth.
为破解“躺平”现象对大学生奋斗精神的冲击问题,本研究以河西学院202名大学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法、深度访谈法及文献研究法,系统探究“躺平”现象的表现特征、形成机制及其对奋斗精神的影响路径,识别培育工作短板。研究发现,样本中60.4%的大学生存在不同程度的“躺平”倾向,其形成是未来迷茫、就业压力、部分网络不良风气等因素共同作用的结果;大学生奋斗精神呈现“认知—动机—行为”三维断层特征,学校思政教育形式化、家庭期望错位、个体抗挫力不足等问题突出。基于此,本研究构建“学校—家庭—个体—社会”四维协同培育体系,提出课程创新、家校协同、心理赋能等可操作策略,为高校破解大学生“躺平”困境提供依据,对提升青年群体精神素养具有重要理论与实践价值。
