Abstract:
This study analyzed the effects of personal-job fit on employees' Flow experience, as well as the moderating effects of challenge-blocking stress and leader humor. Therefore, the following conclusions can be drawn in this study :(1) Personal-job fit has a significant positive impact on employees' Flow experience. (2) Challenging job stress and leadership humor have a negative moderating effect on the impact of personal-job fit on employees' Flow experience. (3) The moderating effect of interruptive job stress on the impact of personal-job fit on employees' Flow experience was not significant.
本研究分析了个人—工作匹配对员工福流体验的影响作用,以及挑战性—阻断性压力及领导幽默的调节作用。因此,本研究得到以下研究结论:(1)个人—工作匹配对员工福流体验具有显著正向影响。(2)挑战性工作压力、领导幽默在个人—工作匹配对员工福流体验的影响中起到负向调节效应。(3)阻断性工作压力在个人—工作匹配对员工福流体验的影响中调节效应不显著。
