Abstract:
This paper analyzes the effective determination and control of project cost,
which mainly lies in the early management, that is, the key lies in the investment
decision and design stage before construction. At the same time, it is necessary to set
up the concept of whole-process management of project cost, and control it in advance
and in the process rather than afterwards, so as to get twice the result with half the
effort.
本文结合实际分析了工程造价的有效确定和控制,主要在于前期管理,
即关键在于施工前的投资决策和设计阶段。同时要树立工程造价的全过程管理
观念,进行事前、事中控制而不是事后控制,这样才能取得事半功倍的效果。
