Reforming the Curriculum System and Classroom Modes for Business Graduate Students in Response to Carbon Neutrality and Clean Energy Industry Needs: A Human-AI Collaboration Perspective

  • Abstract: The advancement of carbon neutrality goals and the growth of clean energy industries require business graduate education to pay greater attention to industrial scenarios such as green transition, low-carbon operations, carbon asset management, data-driven decision-making, and compliance governance. As generative artificial intelligence enters graduate learning and classroom teaching, it is reshaping information organization, case analysis, solution generation, and assignment evaluation, while also creating new requirements for the governance of teaching processes. Focusing on the reconstruction of the curriculum system and classroom modes for business graduate students in a human-AI collaborative context, this paper considers the demand for management talent in carbon neutrality and clean energy industries, analyzes current shortcomings in the alignment of training objectives, curriculum content, classroom activities, and assessment governance, and proposes a reform path that adjusts training objectives according to competency requirements, reorganizes curriculum content through industrial scenarios, redesigns classroom learning activities through evidence-based reasoning, improves assessment governance through process-based evidence, and supports continuous improvement through resource development. The study argues that business graduate education should incorporate green management problems, data analysis tasks, and norms for responsible AI use into curriculum and classroom design, so that students can develop compound management competencies through real-world problem analysis, fact checking, solution argumentation, and reflective revision.
