Abstract:
As one of the forms of telecommuting, working from home has a certain
impact on organizational identification. This study uses the ISSP part of the 2015
China General Social Survey (CGSS) to explore the relationship between working
from home and organizational identification, and examines the moderating effects of
work disturbing family factors. The results show that: (1) Working from home has a
significant positive impact on organizational identification; (2) Relationship between
working from home and organizational identification is disturbed by work disturbing
family variables, at different levels of work disturbing the family, the frequency of
working from home has an inconsistent effect on organizational identification.
在家办公作为远程办公的形式之一会对组织认同感产生一定的影响。
该研究采用 2015 年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)的数据资料 ISSP 部分,探讨了
在家办公与组织认同之间的关系,并考察了工作干扰家庭因素的调节效应。结
果表明:(1)在家办公行为会对组织认同产生显著的正向影响;(2)在家办
公与组织认同之间的关系受到了工作干扰家庭变量的调节,在工作干扰家庭的
不同水平下,在家办公的频率对组织认同产生了不一致的影响。
