疫情期大学生亲子关系心理应激特点及调适对策的个案研究

• 摘要： 目的：探讨疫情期大学生居家生活中由亲子关系引发的心理应激特点，并提出相应的心理调适对策。方法：采用心理咨询个案分析法依次描述五例来访者主诉，来访者均为来自笔者本校的大学生，案例报告均已获得来访者知情同意。结果：情绪反应以焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、恐惧为主并出现由心理因素引发的躯体反应；认知评价中均出现了关于自我认知的不合理评价且无法自行调整；应对策略以退缩、逃避等消极应对方式为主；内在防御机制则表现出压抑、躯体化、认同等。结论：疫情防控期应始终关注大学生居家生活中的心理动态变化，加强自身情绪、认知、行为、应对方式等方面的自我调试，平稳度过心理应激期及开学适应期。
• To explore the characteristics of psychological stress caused by parentchild relationship of college students during the epidemic period, and put forward psychological adjustment countermeasures. The psychological counseling case analysis method was used to describe the complaints of five visitors. All the visitors were college students from the author’s university and all the case reports had obtained the informed consent of the visitors. Results: emotional reactions are given to anxiety, depression, anger, fear, and body reaction caused by psychological factors, cognitive evaluation are unreasonable about self-evaluation and cannot adjust itself, coping strategies are presented with retreat and escape, the internal defense mechanism are presented with depression, somatization, identity, etc. Conclusion: During the epidemic period, attention should be paid to the psychological dynamic changes in college students’ home life, and self-adjustment in emotion, cognition, behavior, coping style and other aspects should be strengthened to smooth out the psychological stress period.
