Abstract:
This study investigated the influence of school climate and moral disengagement on bystander
behavior of 212 secondary vocational students. The results found a negative relationship between school
climate and pro-bully behavior; a positive relationship between moral disengagement and outsider
behavior; moral disengagement plays a partial mediating role between campus atmosphere and bullying
promotion behavior. On this basis, On this basis, this paper puts forward suggestions for school
management and teachers to create a school climate, as well as strategies to improve students’ moral level
from moral cognition, moral emotion and moral education environment.
本研究考察了212 名中职学生的校园氛围与道德推脱对其旁观者行为的影响。结果表明,校园氛围越积极向
上,中职学生的促进欺凌行为越少;道德推脱水平越高,中职学生的局外人行为和促进欺凌行为越多;道德
推脱在校园氛围和促进欺凌行为间起部分中介作用。在此基础上提出了学校管理层、教师营造校园氛围的建议以及从道德认知、道德情感和德育环境提升学生道德水平的策略。
