中国流动儿童心理孤独感述评

A Review of the Psychological Loneliness of Chinese Migrant Children

• Abstract: In the process of social integration, this group is affected by factors such as changes in household registration, environmental changes, interpersonal relationship breakdown, and lack of family affection, and generally faces psychological loneliness. At present, interventions mainly focus on school psychological counseling and community support services, but there are problems such as a single intervention model and a lack of long-term mechanism. Future research should further expand research methods, strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation, deeply explore the new changes in the psychological loneliness of migrant children in the digital era, and provide more targeted theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the mental health of migrant children. 流动儿童是指居住地与户口登记地不一致，且离开户口登记地半年以上的0～17周岁儿童，该群体在社会融入过程中，受户籍变动、环境变迁、人际关系断裂、家庭情感缺失等因素影响，普遍面临心理孤独感问题，其强度与复杂性远超普通儿童青少年群体，且呈现出年龄差异、性别差异与地域差异，其影响因素涵盖个体、家庭、学校、社会层面等多个维度。当前干预措施主要集中于学校心理辅导与社区支持服务，但存在干预模式单一、长效机制缺失等问题。未来研究应进一步拓展研究方法，加强跨学科合作，深入探索数字化时代下流动儿童心理孤独感的新变化，为改善流动儿童心理健康状况提供更具针对性的理论依据与实践指导。
