心理健康实践技能入门课程的探索性研究

  • 摘要: 本研究以体验式教学为方法,通过课程主题、课程结构的适当安排,尝试开展 一门适合低年级医学院校学生学习的心理健康实践技能入门课程。结果显示,课程不仅促进了学习者掌握相关技能知识,也显著改善了学习者在症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中医体质分类与判定表等量表中的诸多相关心身健康指标,与课程开始时对比,在八周后学习者的SCL-90总分、SCL-90阳性项目数、SDS得分均更低,差异具有统计学意义( t =-3.320,-3.508,-2.286; p<0.05),中医体质分类与判定表的平和质得分更高,差异具有统计学意义( t =2.335; p <0.05),气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿 质、湿热质得分均更低,差异具有统计学意义( t =-2.532,-2.800,-4.789,-2.395,-2.655; p<0.05);说明产生了相应的心身健康促进效果。对课程论文作业的分析表明,学习者对心理健康实践技能的体验式教学认同度高、参与性强、主观感受较好,并且能够提出课程完善的有效建议和拥有进一步深入学习的积极性。未来要探索形成实证研究和实践体验相互促进的心理健康实践技能教育行动体系,不断提升医学健康相关专业学生在心理健康方面的个人状态和实践能力。
  • This study takes experiential teaching as the method, and tries to carry out an introductory course of mental health practical skills suitable for junior medical college students through the appropriate arrangement of curriculum theme and curriculum structure. The results show that, the course not only promotes learners to master relevant skills and knowledge, but also significantly improves learners’ many relevant psychosomatic health indicators in Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), TCM constitution classification and judgment scale and so on, compared with the beginning of the course, the total score of SCL-90, the number of SCL-90 positive items and SDS scores of learners after eight weeks were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-3.320, -3.508, -2.286; p<0.05); The peace deficiency score of the TCM constitution classification and judgment table was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.335; p<0.05), the scores of qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm dampness and damp heat were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.532, -2.800, -4.789, -2.395, -2.655; p<0.05), indicating the corresponding psychosomatic health promotion effect. The analysis of course paper assignments shows that learners have high recognition, strong participation and good subjective feelings for the experiential teaching of mental health practical skills, and can put forward effective suggestions for curriculum improvement and obtain the enthusiasm for further in-depth learning. We should explore and form an action system of mental health practical skills education with mutual promotion of demonstration research and experiential practice, so as to continuously improve the personal status and practical ability of medical health-related professional students in mental health in the future.
