• 摘要： Sophie 是《扪心问诊》（ In Treatment ）这部讲述发生在心理治疗室的系列剧 集中的其中一个故事主角。16 岁的她发生了一起严重的交通事故，被疑有自杀倾向，前来做自杀评估。在治疗师Paul 所给予她的抱持性环境中，Sophie 逐渐开始感受到被理解与关爱。成功与之建立了自体客体移情，一起寻找了创伤的 症结所在——病态的俄狄浦斯情结。治疗师在移情中，提供了新的客体意象， 相对于她早年失功能的重要客体，是不一样的、是健康的、有边界感的。在这样新经验模式的互动影响下，Sophie 受损的自体也逐渐得到了修复与加强，开始尝试与父母建立新的关系模式，开启独立的新生活。
• Sophie is one of the main characters in In Treatment, a series that takes place in a therapy room. When she was 16 years old, she had a serious traffic accident and was suspected to be suicidal. She came for a suicide evaluation. In the holding environment given by therapist Paul, Sophie gradually began to feel understood and cared for. Successful establishment of idealized self object transference, together to find the crux of the trauma - the pathological Oedipus complex. In the transference, the therapist provides a new image of the object, which is different, healthy, and has a sense of boundary compared to the important object of her earlier defunct life. Under the interactive influence of this new experience mode, Sophie’s damaged self is also gradually repaired and strengthened, and she starts to try to establish a new relationship mode with her parents and start a new independent life.
