Abstract:
Empathy is originally raised by humanistic psychology, and gradually it has been adopted by psychologists of many other Ḁelds, including psychoanalytic psychology dynamic orientation. Empathetic listening is an important aspect of empathy, especially to the Teenagers. Many worldwide researches have already demonstrated that rigorous education (emotional abuse) brings bad effects to children and teenagers. The famous concepts, “good-enough-mother”, “holding environment”, and “facilitating environment”, raised by D. W. Winnicott, is beneficial to make a family a good start-point in the life-long road, and empathy works well and do make improvements in family education. This article extracts a dialogue from the popular novel Bad Kids to show how to operate empathy in family education.
共情最初由心理学人本主义提出,因其广泛适用性逐渐被不同的心理学流派所采纳,包括精神分析动力取向。共情式倾听是共情技术中很重要的一方面,尤其对于青春期的孩子。国内外多项实证研究表明,严苛教育(情感虐待)对于儿童/青少年成长有负面影响。温尼科特提出的“足够好的母亲”“容纳性的环境”“促进性的环境”有利于将家庭营造成为人生当中一个良好的起点,而共情技术在家庭教育中具有很好的适用性和实用性。本文以网红小说《坏小孩》为例,摘取一段谈话修改逐字稿,来说明共情技术如何运用到家庭教育当中。
