  • Abstract: Optimism quality is one of the elements of individual psychological capital. Cultivating positiveattribution mode can help college students obtain flexible and optimistic psychological quality, and playa positive role in promoting the development of college students’ mental health. It is an important partof promoting the healthy development of college students to better understand how individuals makeattribution, and to deeply understand the factors affecting the formation of attribution style and theimpact of attribution style on individual mental health through attribution theory.乐观品质是个体心理资本要素之一,培养积极的归因方式有助于帮助大学生获得灵活乐观的心理品质,对促进大学生心理健康发展起到积极的推动作用。通过归因理论更好的理解个体如何进行归因,深入了解影响归因风格形成的因素及归因风格对个体心理健康的影响,是促进大学生健康发展的重要组成部分。

大学生宿舍人际关系对心理健康的影响及干预策略

The Impact of Dormitory Interpersonal Relationships on Mental Health of College Students and Intervention Strategies

  • Abstract: As one of the important interpersonal relationships of college students, dormitory interpersonalrelationships have a profound impact on their mental health. This paper explores the relationshipbetween these two aspects and the manifest influencing factors, in order to build a harmonious dormitoryinterpersonal relationship to promote the development of physical and mental health of collegestudents. After granted permission, 605 special students in a university were requested to complete twokinds of questionnaires. The results show that: (1) 11.74% of college students have different degrees ofinterpersonal problems in dormitory. (2) There is a positive correlation between dormitory interpersonalrelationship and mental health. (3) Principal component analysis and multiple stepwise regressionanalysis finds that conversation factor and social and dating factor items are the main factors that affectdormitory interpersonal relationship. The university, dormitory and college student should work togetherto improve dormitory interpersonal relationship and reduce the psychological pressure caused byinterpersonal conflicts.宿舍人际关系作为大学生重要人际关系之一,深刻影响心理健康。本文通过探索两者间关系,主要影响因素,以期帮助大学生构建和谐宿舍人际关系促进身心健康发展。采用问卷法对某高校605名学生调查发现,11.74%的学生存在不同程度宿舍人际关系困扰。两者间呈正相关,主成分分析和多元逐步回归分析结果显示,交谈、交际与交友是影响宿舍人际关系的主要因子项。学校、宿舍、学生需共同努力改善宿舍人际关系,减少人际间冲突带来的心理压力。

Therefore, enhancing psychological resilience is an important part of promoting the mental health development of college students.心理韧性作为心理资本的核心要素之一,对个体的心理健康水平起到调控和保障的作用,能够帮助个体迅速从压力和挫折情境中走出来并聚焦于中心任务,挖掘和发挥内在积极力量,保障个体工作任务和发展成长的进行和完成。因此,增强心理韧性,是促进大学生心理健康发展的重要一环。

  • Abstract: Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, mental health education in Chinese colleges and universities has experienced four stages: recovery and reconstruction, exploration and development, comprehensive popularization and gradual improvement. This paper statistics the practical application of mental health education theory in colleges and universities in different periods; Then, on this basis, the paper analyzes the rise and development of specific theories in different periods, it summarizes the overall development trend of mental health education in colleges and universities in China, and makes a research prospect. The summary, reflection and prospect of the development of mental health education in Chinese colleges and universities can provide scientific basis for the better development of mental health education in the future.改革开放40 年以来,我国高校心理健康教育经历了恢复重建、探索发展、全面普及、逐步完善四个阶段。本文统计了高校心理健康教育理论在不同时期的实际应用情况及不同时期具体理论的发展状态,归纳了我国高校心理健康教育理论的整体发展趋势,并对其进行了研究展望。
