  • 摘要: 培养目标是专业建设的灵魂和核心,是专业人才培养的依据,是毕业要求、课程体系设置、教学改革创新方向、师资队伍建设的指导依据。本文在师范类专业认证背景下,聚焦分析目前英语师范专业人才培养目标存在的问题与原因,并依据沈阳师范大学英语师范专业参与辽宁省首批认证专业过程的经验,提出培养目标制定的流程与评价机制的建立建议,旨在为即将参加师范认证的专业提供参考框架。
  • Cultivation goals, the core of the talents cultivation, serves as the main guidelines for determining the requirements of graduation, course design and teachers’ professional development. This article focuses on the problems in the present English teacher majors’ cultivation and tend to expose the causes that lead to the present problems. Finally, suggestions on the procedure and assessment of cultivation goals are made.
