在小学高年级实施自主化管理的实践探索

• 摘要： 在新课程改革的大背景下，传统的班级管理方式越来越不能适应学生发展的需求，自主化管理模式逐渐受到重视，学生自我管理的班级管理方式也越来越得到教育学界的认可。通过对小学高年级学生自主化管理的研究，总结实施自主化管理的过程中取得的成效和应该注意的事项，概括出小学高年级学生自主化管理的措施。
• Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the traditional class management mode is increasingly unable to meet the needs of students ’development, the independent management mode is gradually valued, and the class management mode of students’ self-management is also increasingly recognized by the education community. Through the research on independent management of senior primary school students, summarize the results of the process and matters of independent management, and summarize the measures of independent management.
