Abstract:
In recent years, the positive mental health education model based on positive psychologyhas rapidly developed in college mental health education. Faced with the great uncertainty of the postpandemic era, the mental health education of college students also faces greater challenges, cultivatinggood emotions and shaping a positive and upward mindset have become important issues for themental health of college students. This article attempts to discuss the promotion of positive emotionsin universities from both theoretical and practical perspectives, pointing out that the cultivation ofpositive emotions is the primary task of positive mental health education practice, and increasing positiveemotional experiences is the best way to cultivate positive psychological qualities and shape healthypersonalities. Experiential teaching, group psychological counseling, and psychological expansiontraining are effective methods to enhance individual positive emotional experiences.
近年来以积极心理学为理论基础的积极心理健康教育模式在高校心理健康教育中迅速发展。面对后疫情时代的极大不确定性,大学生的心理健康教育也遇到更大的挑战,其中如何培养良好的情绪、塑造积极向上的心态成为大学生心理健康的重要问题。本文试图从理论和实践两方面对于提升大学积极情绪进行论述,指出积极情绪的培养是积极心理健康教育实践的首要任务,增加积极情绪体验是培养积极心理品质、塑造健康人格的最佳途径。体验式教学、团体心理辅导和心理拓展训练是增强大学生积极情绪体验的有效校园心理健康教育群体策略。
