高校心理健康教育“一体两翼”实践教学模式探索

• 摘要： 大学生心理健康教育课程是心理体验与行为训练为一体的通识教育必修课程, 实践教学是其中的一个重要环节。以促进大学生全面发展为目标，建立“一体两翼”的心理健康教育实践教学模式，取得了较好的实践效果，以期对大学生心理健康教育课程教学改革有所帮助和启发。
• The mental health education course for college students is a compulsory course for general education that integrates psychological experience and behavioral training, and practical teaching is an important part of it. With the goal of promoting the all-round development of college students, the establishment of a “one body and two wings” mental health education practice teaching model has achieved good practical results, and hopes to help and inspire the reform of college students’ mental health education curriculum.
