Passive Social Networking Site Use and Depression: The Mediating Role of Fear of Missing Out

  • Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between passive social networking site (SNS) use and depression, and to examine the mediating role of fear of missing out (FoMO) in the association between passive SNS use and depression. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 participants from a hospital in Xinjiang, using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), the Passive Social Networking Site Use Questionnaire, and the Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOs). Results: Depression was significantly positively correlated with FoMO (p<0.05), depression was positively correlated with passive SNS use (p<0.05), and FoMO was positively correlated with passive SNS use (p<0.05). FoMO fully mediated the relationship between passive SNS use and depression. Conclusion: Passive SNS use can influence depression through the mediating effect of FoMO.目的:探讨被动性社交网络使用与抑郁症之间的关系,并研究错失焦虑在被动性社交网络的使用与抑郁症之间中介作用。方法:采用流调用抑郁自评量表、被动性社交网络使用问卷、错失焦虑量表对新疆某医院的200名被试进行问卷调查。结果:抑郁症与错失焦虑显著正相关(p<0.05),抑郁症与被动性社交网络使用呈正相关(p<0.05),错失焦虑与被动性社交网络使用呈正相关(p<0.05),错失焦虑在被动性社交网络使用与抑郁症之间起完全中介作用。结论:被动性社交网络使用可通过错失焦虑的中介作用对抑郁症产生影响。

  • Abstract: School refusal among adolescents is a result of multiple interacting factors. It reflects deficiencies in family and school education systems and indicates some individuals’ lack of self-esteem. Using the researcher’s self-narrative as a thread and combining educational, psychological, and sociological theories, this paper analyzes school refusal experiences and psychological changes from high school to college. The study reveals that schools, through academic rankings and subject hierarchies, quantify student value into digital indicators, intensifying competitive anxiety and selfdenial. Overprotective parenting and the intergenerational transmission of class habitus foster dependent personalities and reduce psychological resilience. External pressure from schools and families lowers self-esteem, leading to school refusal. The paper suggests adolescents cultivate a growth mindset and intrinsic motivation. Schools should adopt diverse evaluation methods and flexible learning paths, and families should shift to a supportive parenting style. Together, they should build a diverse ecosystem. Through individual experiences and theoretical dialogue, this study offers new interpretations of school refusal and provides insights for educational practice and family intervention.青少年拒学行为是多重因素交互作用的结果,既反映了家庭和学校教育系统存在多方面的不足和挑战,也体现了部分个体出现自我价值感缺失。本文以研究者的自我叙事为线索,结合教育学、心理学与社会学理论,剖析了从高中到大学阶段的拒学经历及其心理转变过程。研究发现,学校通过成绩排名、学科等级化等手段,将学生价值量化为数字化指标,加剧了竞争焦虑与自我否定;家庭教养方式中的过度保护与阶层惯习代际传递,强化了依赖型人格,削弱了心理抗逆力;学校与家庭的外部压力使个体自我价值感降低,从而出现拒学行为。研究提出,青少年需培养成长型思维与内在动机,学校应推动多元化评价与弹性学习路径,家庭需要向支持型教养方式转变,共同构建多元的生态系统。本文通过个体经验与理论对话,为拒学现象提供了新的阐释维度,并为教育实践与家庭干预提供了启示。

  • Abstract: Peer support is transitioning from the traditional “expert-centered” model to a new paradigm of “ecological empowerment”. This article explores that peer support has surpassed traditional psychological assistance in the digital age in recent years and developed a new support ecological niche. Peer support is not merely the accumulation of individual supportive behaviors but a dynamic, multi-layered, interactive system. Through a “nested dynamic mechanism structure”, this system spans from the foundational layer of social support, to the strategic layer of experiential knowledge and social learning, to the driving layer of Helper Therapy Principle and social comparison mechanisms, provides theoretical and philosophical stance support for peer support with the ideological trend of postmodern psychotherapy concepts. Through this multi-layered, interactive, integrated intervention model, peer support demonstrates unique advantages and potential in promoting the restoration and development of mental health.同辈支持正在从传统的“专家中心”模式向“生态赋能”新范式转变。本文探讨了在数字化时代背景下,同辈支持在传统心理援助之外发展出新的支持生态位。同辈支持并非单一支持行为叠加,而是一个多层次交互的动态系统。通过“嵌套型动态机制结构”,该系统从基础层的社会支持,到策略层的经验知识与社会学习,再到动力层的助人自助效应与社会比较机制,而后现代心理治疗理念则为同辈支持提供理论和哲学立场的支撑。通过这一多层次互动的综合干预模式,同辈支持在促进心理健康恢复与发展的过程中展现出独特的优势和潜力。

  • Abstract: Intelligent connected vehicles have increasingly replaced traditional vehicles as the future development trend of the automotive industry. During their operation, intelligent connected vehicles generate a large amount of vehicle data. The “Several Provisions on Automotive Data Security Management (Provisional)”classifies these data into two categories: personal information data and important data. Among them, personal information data is closely related to personal interests. Once leaked, it not only poses a threat to our personal privacy security but also causes serious damage to public and national security. With the continuous improvement of the intelligence and connectivity levels of automobiles, while bringing more comfortable and convenient driving and riding experiences to the public, it also exposes data security risks and hidden dangers. Especially in the field of personal information data security governance, intelligent connected vehicles face problems such as ambiguous boundaries of personal data, the difficulty of directly applying the traditional informed consent system to the regulation of personal information data processing in automobiles, and the existence of personal information data security risks in data sharing. These problems pose new challenges to the existing automotive data security governance system. To address these issues, it is necessary to further clarify the boundaries of personal information data in automotive data, make reasonable adjustments to the traditional informed consent system based on the uniqueness of automotive data, and improve the personal information data security guarantee mechanism in data sharing, so as to achieve the improvement of the personal information data security governance system in automotive data.智能网联汽车已日益取代了传统汽车成为汽车产业未来的发展趋势,智能网联汽车在运行过程中会产生大量汽车数据,《汽车数据安全管理若干规定(试行)》将这些数据分为个人信息数据和重要数据两类,其中,个人信息数据与人身利益紧密相关,一旦泄露,不仅会对我们的个人隐私安全造成威胁,甚至会对公共安全和国家安全造成严重损害。随着汽车智能化和网联化水平的不断提升,在给大众带来更舒适、便利驾乘体验的同时,也暴露出数据安全风险隐患,尤其是在个人信息数据安全治理领域,智能网联汽车面临着个人数据边界模糊、传统知情同意制度难以直接应用于汽车个人信息数据处理规制、数据共享中存在个人信息数据安全风险等问题,这些问题对现有的汽车数据安全治理制度体系提出了新挑战。为应对这些问题,需要进一步厘清汽车数据中个人信息数据的界限,根据汽车数据的独特性对传统知情同意制度进行合理调整,并完善数据共享中个人信息数据安全保障机制,从而实现对汽车数据中个人信息数据安全治理体系的完善。

Emotional Drive: A Preliminary Study on the Psychological Mobilization Mechanism of Military Recruitment

  • Abstract: Emotional drive is a crucial psychological motivator for military recruitment. By stimulating motivation, guiding cognition, implementing social mobilization, and providing psychological support, it enhances the patriotic feelings, sense of honor, and responsibility of potential recruits. This can effectively ignite the internal motivation of eligible young people to join the military and serve the country, promoting a cognitive and behavioral transformation from passive response to active participation. Based on an interdisciplinary perspective of behavioral economics, moral psychology, and emotional psychology, this paper proposes constructing a psychological mobilization mechanism centered on emotional internal drive, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the quality of military recruitment.情感驱力是兵员征集的重要心理动因。通过激发动机、引导认知、社会动员、心理支持等途径,增强被征集人的爱国情怀、荣誉感和责任感,能有效激发适龄青年参军报国的内在动机,推动其实现从被动响应到主动参与的认知与行为转变。本文基于行为经济学、道德心理学、情绪心理学的交叉视角,提出构建以情感内驱为核心的心理动员机制,为提升兵员征集质量提供理论支持与实践路径。
